Last Updated: XXX

This Wholesale Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern Wholesale Buyers and Vendors and their transactions through our marketplace. By engaging in wholesale activities on our marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Wholesale Policy, in addition to our Terms of Service and other policies.

1. Wholesale Buyers

Thank you for your interest in applying to become a Wholesale Buyer on Hemp Save The World. By becoming a Wholesale Buyer, you agree to the additional Wholesale Buyer terms identified in this Wholesale Policy.

To keep our wholesale community thriving and fair, we review every Wholesale Buyer application to ensure business legitimacy. We’re committed to the integrity of the hemp industry and protecting the hard work of our Vendors, therefore Wholesale Buyer approval is at the discretion of the Hemp Save The World team.

To maintain the integrity of our marketplace, we reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue our Services to a Wholesale Buyer at any time if their account activity or representation fails to comply with this Wholesale Policy, our Terms of Service, or any of our other policies.

1.1 Application Requirements

We aim to maintain the integrity of the wholesale side of our marketplace by ensuring all Wholesale Buyers meet our standards. To be officially approved as a Wholesale Buyer on our marketplace, complete our registration form and provide the required business documentation. We may contact you for additional information if required. Please note, applications with incomplete or inaccurate information will not be approved.

We do this to ensure only qualified professional wholesale purchasers gain access to our wholesale purchasing tools. Upon approval, we will activate your account as a Wholesale Buyer. You will then be able to see wholesale prices and place wholesale orders.

1.2 Recommended Resale Channels

The Hemp Save The World marketplace aims to preserve our Vendors’ brand value. Therefore, Wholesale Buyers are recommended to re-sell Wholesale Vendors’ products in your:

  • physical “brick-and-mortar” storefront(s), or
  • unique e-commerce site(s)

To protect the value of the hemp movement and keep our marketplace fair and sustainable, we ask that you don’t engage in “re-wholesaling” or selling to liquidators. By keeping the sales journey simple and direct, you help to protect our Wholesale Vendors’ margins which keeps our community growing strong.

2. Wholesale Vendors

Thank you for your interest in selling as a Wholesale Vendor on Hemp Save The World. By selling products at wholesale, you agree to the additional Wholesale Vendor terms identified in this Wholesale Policy. To ensure the best experience for our community, our administrative team will manually review your application to confirm your business’s legitimacy.

As a Wholesale Vendor, you are responsible for following all industry specific laws and ensuring your products meet all industry-standard quality requirements before listing your products for wholesale purchase on our marketplace.

To maintain the integrity of our marketplace, we reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue our Services to a Wholesale Vendor at any time if their account activity or representation fails to comply with this Wholesale Policy, our Terms of Service, or any of our other policies.

2.1 Wholesale Prices & Descriptions

We want to help you succeed, and that starts with offering our customers the best value. Keeping your prices consistent ensures your Store stays high in search results. Frequent or drastic price fluctuations may lead to a decrease in visibility, temporary product removal, or account suspension.

We value transparency! While your wholesale prices are reserved for our verified Wholesale Buyers, we ask that you be open about what they can expect. To help Wholesale Buyers plan their orders, please use your product descriptions to highlight any unique wholesale details such as special lead times, bulk-specific packaging, or labeling that might differ from your retail offerings. We also encourage Wholesale Vendors to upload their various wholesale policies in their Store settings.

2.2 Platform Stock Management

Reliability is the heartbeat of a great wholesale partnership. When your stock levels are accurate, it allows our Wholesale Buyers to place orders with peace of mind. We encourage you to check in on your inventory and maintain your stock levels on our platform regularly, especially during busy seasons, to ensure your best selling products remain visible and to avoid fulfillment complications.

2.3 Lead and Fulfillment Times

We know assembling bulk orders takes extra time and care. To help our Wholesale Buyers plan accordingly, please ensure your shipping policy reflects a realistic lead time for wholesale quantities.

If you are unable to fulfill an order, we ask that you notify the Wholesale Buyer and the Hemp Save The World team immediately.

2.4 Returns and Disputes

In our wholesale community, orders are generally considered final sale to support the sustainability of our Wholesale Vendors. However, to give Wholesale Buyers peace of mind, we encourage you to clearly outline your Returns and Refunds policies in your Store details if you allow for returns and refunds.

If a Wholesale Buyer’s order arrives with damage from shipping or is found to have a manufacturer defect, please work directly with the Wholesale Buyer to make it right.

2.5 Marketplace Fees

We apply the category-based commission fees listed in our Vendor Policy. If you have a unique partnership or a separate agreement already in place with Hemp Save The World, those terms take precedent.

3. Policy Revisions

Hemp Save The World reserves the right to modify or update this Wholesale Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Wholesale Policy on the Site. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
